Baaze Return & Exchange Policy
At Baaze, we strive to ensure you love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer the following policy for returns and exchanges:
Return Window:
- We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Exchanges:
- We offer exchanges for size or color variations within the 7-day window.
- If your desired item is out of stock, we’ll issue you store credit for the amount of the product.
Non-Refundable Items:
- Items on sale or customized are not eligible for return or exchange.
How to Initiate a Return/Exchange:

- Please provide your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Restocking Fee
- A small restocking fee (5-10%) may apply to cover operational costs for returned items.
Condition of Return
- To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be in the same condition as when purchased—no damage, wear, or alteration.
